Explore Careers, Build Your Tampa Bay Plan

This practical course helps Tampa Bay residents ages 16 and older explore careers, compare local opportunities, and choose a realistic next step. Using The C.E.O. Project Career Dashboard throughout, participants will research jobs, pay, education requirements, and job outlooks; connect their interests and strengths to possible career paths; and consider training, support, and job-search resources. By the end, each participant will compare two promising careers and complete a clear, SMART-based career plan they can use right away.
